Pug lovers, this is CJ, pictured with his stuffed pug, lil’ Ceej.
I know that placing a bonded pair is tough, and a lot of people will ooh and ahh over them but ultimately decide they do not have room in their homes or budgets for two dogs… but CJ and lil’ Ceej must go together. End of story.
CJ is a 3 year old, 25 lb pure bred pug, or puglet, as I like to say.
CJ is happy and snort-y and cute and smushed, like most puglets tend to be. He is perfect in every way and gets along well with everyone and everything. He is a charming and sociable bloke with an entertainer’s spirt. His preferred resting place is your lap (or anyone’s lap for that matter) and he feels entitled to all the attention all the time. Lil’ Ceej is totally cool with letting his bestie shine as long as he can tag along.
CJ came to us with two bum knees and has since recovered from double luxating patella surgery. Lil’ Ceej saw him through the recovery, often spending the whole night in bed with CJ to comfort him. You can see how they became such close friends now, yes?
CJ wiggled and licked his way through his rehab, like the trooper he is, and is now ready and able to bound around with the reckless abandon of a small woodland creature. CJ is the perfect pug… he’s pug-fect.
